Our staff is truly amazing. They have the knowledge, skill and patience to care for people who are challenged by dementia. They have the energy and systems to do it every day. Plus, they have that special something that comes from deep inside oneself, the combination of drive, compassion and courage that allows them to "cheerfully" assist someone who's memory is flickering and/or fading...even when their own heart is breaking.

I have enjoyed providing care and services to the Seniors of San Diego County for more than 20 years.  With a background that covers many facets of Long-term care, from Emergency Medical Services, to Durable Medical Equipment, to Skilled Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care, I am genuinely and uniquely qualified to serve the needs of our residents.  I have developed and honed my talents and skills to finally find myself in the company of what I believe to be the best Senior Care organization in the Western United States.  I am a family man, with an Eagle Scout – son, and a very talented College-bound daughter.  My wife and I have enjoyed our lives together in San Diego since 1985, both of us, Native Californians – she having been born in San Diego, and I having been transplanted here at an early age from Northern California.  My family values are evident in the way I serve my residents, and their families.  I look forward to assisting you in your quest for the best residential care setting available.

Yes, Angelica is high energy. And she wears a beautiful, infectious smile...constantly. Plus, she loves seniors and loves making seniors happy. So she takes the time to talk with them about what they like to do and places they want to visit. Angelica feels it is very important for our residents be proud of where they live and what they do to keep physically and mentally active. That’s why she is the ideal Activity Director.

Diane is extremely skilled and experienced in providing care for seniors. Plus, she is upbeat and cheerful. Our residents love to sit with her and talk about their medical issues. And Diane is always willing to meet with any of our residents and goes out of her way to do the big and little things that help them feel better. In addition, she has a big heart and genuinely cares for the well-being of our residents.
